Rain, Wind, and some Sun was the forecast for my most recent small production with Alpha Xi Delta Sorority - a chapter of Eastern Washington University, Cheney Washington.
Production began at 10:00 AM with golf-carts, fountain dancing, and simultaneous rain dodging. Evan Hagerth performed secondary camera shooting and Production Assistant for the day - working to grab stills while keeping the his gear dry (not to mention helping me with mine!).
We broke production at 11:30AM for lunch and on account of a mandatory sorority meeting. Evan and I traveled the backroads of Cheney to capture some environment shots to be used in the final video. After which we warmed up with lunch and coffee.
The final stretch of production was a fast-paced haul to the end. Within 3 hours we completed 4 scenes plus some additional footage - just in time too given the rain began to come down harder as we made our way back to the rigs. Footage included running, alleyways, glitter, pumpkins, and more.
We wrapped with voice over work in studio. Ashely served as the voice talent while Evan and myself recorded and captured some behind the scenes and potentially some clips that will make the final cut!
The final video will be released mid-November.
